Mark Rippetoe… the more I read this mans journals and books the more I respect the man. Everyone knows I’m a bit of a fitness/athletic freak… if the kinesiology education didn’t give it away I’m not sure what will. Anyhow, I look up to this man like say you would… I don’t know… Santa Clause. Hell, find out for yourself, search him up or read ‘Starting Strength 2nd Ed’. It’ll be worth it if your a health nazi like me.
